It seems pretty doable though Ive yet to

We were running late, as usual, but drove safely and got us there just ontime. Even the exercise video mentioned in my last entry, as simple as it is, has fallen by the wayside. The term conscious eating always just brought to mind thoughts of chewing really slowly, setting down my fork in between bites and remembering to breath!
