What would suggest is keeping an eye on them…If they enlarge, would worry…if they come and go….dont sweat it. Is there cure? dont know…I am groomer, not to help you make peace with it…it is not that unusual…If it is not bothering the dog, its good thing. people dont notice unless the dog is white….
